Roy's journey in the world of shooting commenced over 55 years ago. He was a competitive trap shooter in high school and later a skeet shooter, with notable achievements like winning the esteemed "Week of the Eagles" at the Fort Campbell Post Championship shooting a 45 ACP.
Having trained individuals from beginners to advanced shooters, families, military, law enforcement, fire-fighters, and corporate groups. Coach Roy's accolades extend to his numerous certifications, including NRA Certified Instructor, Trauma Certified, NRA Certified Chief Safety Officer, and IDPA Certified Safety Officer & Match Director.
